Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 6 working days after the order is received.
- In most cases, we strive to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods - Domestic Shipping (within India)
- All domestic orders are shipped via DTDC Couriers.
- Domestic shipping is completely free for all orders.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
International Shipping
- We ship international orders using FedEx, our trusted global logistics partner.
- Shipping is free for international orders above $500 USD.
- Orders below $500 USD will incur a shipping fee based on the destination and package weight.
- Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
- International customers are responsible for checking their country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
- Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees may be applicable depending on the destination country.
- Simmons Rana Racing is not liable for any customs charges or import duties imposed by your country.
- FedEx will assist with customs clearance, but customers are expected to coordinate directly with their local FedEx office for any required documentation or payments.

- While we aim to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays due to weather, customs, or logistical issues may occur.
- We will notify you promptly if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
