At Simmons Rana Racing, we take great pride in delivering high-performance, precision-crafted speed skating products. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience when it comes to exchanges and returns.

Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Manufacturing Defects: In the case of manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement or full refund, subject to inspection.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Used or damaged items due to improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.

Exchange Policy (Size or Model Change)

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, the following conditions apply:

  • Customer bears all shipping costs – The shipping cost for both returning the original product and receiving the new size must be paid by the customer.
  • Contact Us – Email or call our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • Ship the Product – The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Inspection & Approval – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 7 business days.
  • Payment for Reshipment – The customer must cover the shipping cost for both the return and the new shipment.

If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will provide a store credit or alternative option.

Return & Refund Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, follow these steps:

  • Request a Return – Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship the ProductReturn shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The item must be in unused condition and sent back to our designated address.
  • Inspection & Processing – Upon receiving the item, we will inspect and process your refund within 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Refund Method – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
