Exchange & Return
At Simmons Rana Racing, we take great pride in delivering high-performance, precision-crafted speed skating products. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience when it comes to exchanges and returns.
Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Manufacturing Defects: In the case of manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement or full refund, subject to inspection.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
❌ Used or damaged items due to improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
❌ Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.
Exchange Policy (Size or Model Change)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, the following conditions apply:
- Customer bears all shipping costs – The shipping cost for both returning the original product and receiving the new size must be paid by the customer.
- Contact Us – Email or call our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Ship the Product – The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Inspection & Approval – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 7 business days.
- Payment for Reshipment – The customer must cover the shipping cost for both the return and the new shipment.
If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will provide a store credit or alternative option.
Return & Refund Process
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, follow these steps:
- Request a Return – Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship the Product – Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The item must be in unused condition and sent back to our designated address.
- Inspection & Processing – Upon receiving the item, we will inspect and process your refund within 4 to 6 weeks.
- Refund Method – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
